Comic Book Resources has an interview with upcoming Deadpool writer Daniel Way from Wizard World Philadelphia. Most of the interview focuses on Way's understanding of Deadpool's past, and how that will effect the story he is writing in the future. Way confirms that Deadpool will be interacting with many characters form his past including Siryn, Domino, and Bullseye. The biggest piece of news form this interview is a first ever look at upcoming Deadpool artist Paco Medina's work on the new series. Also included is a cover of Deadpool with an invading Skrull fleet as the background. This goes along with what Way has said all along about Deadpool's involvement in Marvel's current crossover, Secret Invasion. Daniel Way confirmed that Bob will be in it, though it doesn't sound like he will be in the same role he was in Cable and Deadpool.

Good. Way usually digs deep to understand the characters he's writing about. Hopefully he'll go with the Joe Kelly deadpool or even the Gail Simone Deadpool instead of Fabicza's Deadpool. Way understands Deadpool is crazy, but he's coping instead of just acting out, like he did in C&D. I canna wait! Too bad Copycat's dead...
